How to Make Fried Rice with Eggs

Today is a wonderful day! As I got up in the morning, I decided to prepare a familiar breakfast for myself - Fried Rice with Eggs. Here's how I make it:

Ingredients: I start with a bowl of cooked rice, two eggs, some chopped green onions, a bit of salt, and oil for frying. You can also add any relish or other vegetables you like.

Whisking the Eggs: In a bowl, I whisk the eggs until they are fluffy.

Heating the Rice: I heat some oil in a wok or frying pan.

Cooking the Eggs: Once the oil is hot, I pour in the whisked eggs and stir them until they are cooked but still a bit runny in the center.

Mixing the Rice: Next, I take the rice out of the pan and add two spoonfuls of oil to the pan. When the oil is warm, I pour the eggs back into the pan, stir them a little, and then mix the rice into the eggs.

Final Touches: Finally, I add the chopped green onions and any relish or seasoning you like.

Serving: I turn off the stove and serve the Fried Rice with Eggs on a plate.
